Melanie joined IOP Publishing in October 1998 as a Regional Manager. She is now working from her home office near Nashville, Tennessee.

Melanie's territory covers the central and south-eastern regions of the USA, including: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, D.C. (some Federal accounts), Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland (some Federal accounts), Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Melanie also looks after customers in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Melanie maintains a regional office near Nashville, TN and is responsible for all Institute of Physics Publishing related activities in her region.

She travels frequently and extensively throughout her territory, visiting customers and attending library and scientific conferences.
