Help: Lost password assistance
If you have forgotten your personal password, you can use the lost password assistance facility in User Options. You must enter your personal username and e-mail address for verification. You will then be sent a new password via e-mail which you can use to access Electronic Journals. It is recommended that having used this facility and entered Electronic Journals you change your personal password. To do this, select Change your password under the User Options.
IOP members using their IOP membership login are advised to contact members.iop.org with queries about lost passwords.
