"3. Use
The user may download and store, or print text, or other information from such
Article [ie pre paid articles] solely for his/her own research or private
study. IOPP grants users permission to make brief quotations from the
Articles, provided the source is acknowledged, subject to any restrictions set
out in the Article. Users must use this online access in a way that conforms
to applicable laws and regulations.
Other than as permitted elsewhere, altering, recompiling, redistributing, copying, reselling, or publishing of any Article, search results, or other information from any Journal, or any part of a Journal, including without limitation, copyright, proprietary and/or other legal notices contained therein, in any form or medium is prohibited.
Articles bought under this Agreement may be included in educational resources such as "class packs" provided electronic copies included in such educational resources are removed or deleted at the end of the semester in which the relevant course ends.
Other than in relation to class packs permitted above, systematic downloading, service bureau redistribution services and/or the making of print or electronic copies for transmission to any third party are prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved to their owners.
